I thought that in duplicate tournaments, the bot play logic is structured such that the same action will repeat at all tables.
So then, here is a strange one from "Just Declare Daylong" of 11 Sep 2026.
Board 4. Played 88 times. Of that, 80 tables recorded 3S=, 7 tables recorded -1, and mine alone was where I was gifted an overtrick.
At trick 3, West at my table played the
♣10. At all other tables, West cashed the
♣A.
*** I checked a few other tables; while some had played the
♦K at trick 2, there are many others who repeated my play -- i.e. played
♦10 knowing/believing that West will ruff it.
*** To me, there is zero reason for my West bot behaving differently compared to other tables where declarer also played
♦10 at trick 2.
This cannot be happening, am i right?
