Pass and hope that partner leads a trump. I would lead a trump even from Qx. This hand is an exception to the "rule", ask yourself where they will get their tricks? The bidding has crossruff written all over it, lead the Q or x of ♥ according to your inclination, I lead the Q. If partner does not lead a trump, I will probably do so the first chance I get. Whether I will lead the Q or x of ♥ depends on seeing dummy's trumps.

This hand and thread illustrates an excellent point that even very good players sometimes overlook. Finding a winning defense is often far from a sure thing. On this hand the defense has two chances (1) Ace and a spade at trick one (not very damn likely in an honest game). (2) Ace and a spade at trick three.
I would expect partner to lead the ♠ A reasonably often when he has it even in an honest game. If I have an ace empty suit I often consider the lead against a suit contract when partner has not raised.

Pass seems the logical thing.
But best is to settle this with your partner, not with the rest of the world.
