DBL with a p/u pd. 2♠ with reg pd.
Balancing 2♥, we deny 4 card ♠ when dbl, this way we dont play 3-3 ♠ very often
2♠ shows 4 or 5 ♠ and at least 1 more suit to play if pd is less then 3 in ♠
