If he really had nine winners and a stop in every suit, he'd probably have opened 2C, so he probably has either an unstopped red suit or a gap in the club suit. It's quite possible that my hand fills whatever hole he has.
Anyway, I don't think I'm expected to do anything here except put the dummy down and admire his cardplay.

I'd guess more that he has 8 tricks, plus some hope for a 9th. He might have just 7 tricks with the opponents cold for 4S. Anyway, I don't think it is nearly 100% that he has this made in his own hand, but when he doesn't the opponents can likely do better than the available penalty by playing in spades.

A hand that will take 10 seconds to play at imps, and 5 minutes to play at matchpoints.
Who cares how many tricks partner has? He has a running suit, a spade stopper, and hopes he will make 3NT opposite whatever we put down.

I don't expect to make 4NT or 5C, but 4S might be making.
I don't think partner's bid set up a forcing pass, so double would suggest defensive strength, which I have, albeit in limited quantities. I think I'll double 4H, in case partner has the wherewithal to double 4S. If he passes 4S around to me, I'll bid 4NT. I think this is the first time in my life that I've bid a natural 4NT intending it as a save.
