Most would consider it like weak (7-10 in this context) and longer D than H (with 5 you would just bid them to play a partial in a 52 or 53 fit), preferring to play in a suit.
I think we have to blast or invite (a conservative pass at MPs can even be considered).
I like the S 10 that will create an extra stopper but the D lack intermediates and communications with this C void rate to be tricky. Green no need to be greedy. So 2NT be it.

My X would show Hearts, GI or x4(5x) so in the absence of Hearts I bid 2N with the stopper.

I double.

After 1N, I think XYZ is on! I evaluate this hand as invitational. Depending on the flavor of XYZ we've agreed, I'm bidding either 2C or 2N.

The question was What is your plan over 1nt?
I'm bidding 2♦ xyz, perhaps an overbid

The most likely shape for partner I think is 5332 with 5 Clubs. Kx, xxx, AJx, KQxxx maybe? That we're not vulnerable leads me to take a dim view here. Qxx, xxx, Ax, AKxxx Where are the tricks coming from?
I think I have enough information to think game is a long shot. I really think the winning choice here is pass.

What do you expect East to have for his 1♠?
