Please check again, this has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience, there was an issue with the transition from weekly no-ads to Premium, but it was sorted out now.

If you want to subscribe on mobile, then in your google or apple account, in the google play store or apple store. There is no overcharge on mobile for the membership, except for whatever local tax is applicable.
If you want to subscribe on web, you can do it on the web purchase page. There is a small "hamburger" menu at the top right corner of the page, next to your username. Click it to choose Manage payment methods. Delete your old card and add the new one. This is a direct link to the payment methods management page on web:
