Yes, the "defence" could have done better. Shocking, I realize.

Oops, please give me a few minutes to take my tongue out of my cheek.

Among other things, note how Frick and Frack "managed" the spade suit with their...ahem..."defence".

A...TRUMP shift (ironically enough!) by Donald J. Dumbo at trick three.

Bye-bye, trump guess. Hello, CLAIM of the 11 remaining tricks.

What a M.O.R.O.N.! But then, most of the world already knew that.

The next post, 2843, will look at this same hand but from another table...with another GIBBO I.D.I.O.T.

As promised, here's the same hand as in 2842 immediately above, but from a different table.

Here, WEST is on lead. Does he lead a HEART, the suit his "partner" opened? Of COURSE he doesn't. HE'S a GIBBO robot, so HE...HATES to lead his "partner's" suit, but he LOVES to lead the enemy suits. (Yes, he IS stupid, illogical, and perverse with his "thinking".)

So, the M.O.R.O.N. leads a club. Thanks to this BRILLIANT lead, declarer can NOW take...all 13 tricks! You know what, Mr. Frick, GIBBO star performer? Maybe your lead wasn't so brilliant after all! (Jerk!)

One problem though. Declarer has to GUESS the trump (spade) suit because the GUESS was not REMOVED, as it was when Dumbo was "defending".

Declarer guesses wrong, so Frick wins his spade queen and BELATEDLY plays a heart, but it's still in time for Frack to cash two hearts and hold the contract to 10 tricks.

Note that ONE GIBBO imbecile (Dumbo) stupidly gave away the trump position, while ANOTHER GIBBO imbecile (Frick) TRIED to allow declarer to take ALL the tricks with his STUPID lead.

ALL GIBBO robots - without exception - are nothing but absolute garbage. They rot at anything and everything bridge-related. They are the pond scum of the bridge world.

If GIBBO thinks that North's hand qualifies as an "invitational" bid, then the GIBBO system is the worst of all time and the GIBBO clown in the North is the worst "bridge player" of all time.

Hand after hand after hand, all we EVER see from GIB/GIBBO is incompetence, stupidity, and lunacy.

The next post (2845) will show the same hand from another table and will of COURSE expose FURTHER stupidity from a different GIBBO robot. They are ALL garbage.

Same hand as in post 2844 immediately above, but from another table.

Here, the auction begins the same way, but here South elects to raise to 4H.

Over South's 4H, North...BIDS 4NT BLACKWOOD! This stupid, STUPID fleabrain...INVITED (!) with 3H, an insane action to begin with, given his hand. His 3H bid was PASSABLE. He was QUITE willing to play in only 3H if his partner refused the invitation...but when his partner accepted the invitation, NOW he SUDDENLY went slamming! Where the HELL is the logic? Where the HELL is there even an IOTA of consistency?

With a "partner" like North, South obviously had to play in either THREE hearts or at LEAST...FIVE hearts! It was IMPOSSIBLE for him to play in FOUR hearts with THIS North! So on many layouts, if exactly 10 tricks happen to be available, South's options could well be to either miss a cold game or to go down at the FIVE or SIX level!

On top of North's astoundingly stupid, inconsistent, and illogical sequence, how the HELL would BLACKWOOD (!) help him when he had a VOID in ONE suit (the one his partner had OPENED, yet!) and jack-fourth in another?

When I was a kid, there was a pharmacy nearby that sold gumballs from a machine for a penny apiece. Each and every one of those GUMBALLS had more intelligence than any stinking GIB/GIBBO robot I have ever seen!

Against South's 3BT, West's JACK (!) of spades WINS trick one (!), so...West decides that he MUST...SHIFT!!!

WHAT? What the HELL? (Of course, East - ALSO a stinking GIBBO robot - didn't exactly help matters with his impotent play of the FIVE from Q95 tripleton, supposedly playing standard signals, but West is STILL an I.D.I.O.T.)

So, West shifts to a heart...but while LOOKING AT the NINE-EIGHT doubleton in dummy, he shifts to the FOUR (!) of hearts from his holding of J1074, and he gets EXACTLY what he deserves when dummy's EIGHT wins the trick, since declarer had AKQ6. Result: Declarer won FOUR heart tricks - one more than he was legitimately entitled to.

Stupid and cowardly pop of the spade queen at trick two.

7.14 % score on the board for Halfwit and Dumbo.
