I use the BBO+ membership to get free robots to play when partner and I want to get in a quick practice session. But tonight, we got NO comparisons for our scores! None! All boards were scored at 50%.

Our bots, newly listed as ADV GIB in the new update to BBO+, may be the reason. Perhaps you can only get comparisons against players using these same bots?

Pard got tired of this quickly. I will be dropping my BBO+ membership if we cannot get comparisons. This is a really serious downgrade.

Everyone still has the same robots as before. The latest upgrade simply displays more information about which robot is in play -- but it is the same robot you used to have under the less explanatory label "Robot". Same for the scores, nothing changed in this area, they are computed the same way as before.

We are investigating why some tables do not see the travellers -- we think it might be related to the latest upgrade, but not because the robots or the scores changed, simply because of these more descriptive names we added which likely had some unpredicted side-effects.

Sorry for the disruption. We are looking into this. It's not something specific to bbo+ members, it occurs at some casual tables (the type where player clicks Start a table) where robots are used.

It really sucks not having any comparisons.

The descriptive names (which I have been sugggesting for years, and am happy to see) also only seem to show up during play, not in history.

No imp scoring is occurring in the casual robot module. Regardless of the winner, the imp always shows zero. Very frustrating to pay for a service and getting half of the functionality.

The recent issue affecting score displays from "Other tables" in games with robots has been resolved. Players should now see their scores and results as usual while playing with robots at their table.

Any comment to my earlier point about seeing the robot description in History?
I understand this may not be a trivial fix but I do think it is important.

We'll improve in subsequent updates. As you saw, changes like this can produce unexpected side-effects, so we're always taking things one step at a time.
