There's quite a lot of helpful material on Youtube.
Here's a new one that explained the play of a hand nicely - although there was some rather fanciful ideas about bots signalling to each other.

Indeed. You can also find some videos by Peter Hollands but also others from different sources (like the ones I posted in various topics having my YouTube account).(Lovera)
