A Heart is probably best, but because I much prefer black suits over red, I would lead a Spade before a Heart. I would also lead a Club before a Diamond, only because of my preference for black suits.

Nigel's scoring looks accurate to be honest.
"It's not enough to win the tricks that belong to you. Try also for some that belong to the opponents."

"Learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make them all yourself."

It's possible that a spade is slightly better than a heart. Given the conditions of contest of 'BBO randoms' on the auction the most likely scenario to get them off is partner having AK in a suit, and that's most likely in spades, as he is more likely to have spade length that heart length.

Anything can work, except perhaps a club.

Spade is more aggressive, heart more non-commital. A bit of a toss up here.

"bbo TM p and opps randoms"

Sorry, I forgot what "TM" means on bbo. I don't think it meant "trademark" here.

He wouldn't be happy with a heart either. Diamond certainly is reasonable, but far from certain it sets it.

Seems the handviewer tool got the auction wrong - surely partner doubled, asking for a lead?

diamond was my first instinct as well

S should have the major suits well stopped for his 3N bid, diamond seems like the only possible weak point

P's failure to X for a D lead is about the strongest bit of information you have to choose between the four suits :P
