Pass, because I don't even know that we can make 3♥, let alone 5♥.
If partner doubles again, I'll take it out. He should have the sort of hand that would have raised a 3M advance to game. We might well have three losers, but we might also be making 5♥, and there's that nagging worry that 5♣x will make.

It is just a no win scenario to bid 5h here. If p has a good enough hand for us to
make 5h CHO will probably never let us play it there. If we pass now and p x 5c
our 5h bid lets p know we are very weak and distributional so at least we won't have
to worry about getting x in slam:)))))))))))))))))))))) vs the 5 level(ouch).
