Is there any way to bypass the "Are you sure you want to leave this page?" message?

That was put in years ago because people were inadvertently using the browser's back button when they meant to use BBO's button, and they would get logged out of BBO. Since we ask for confirmation when you press the Logout button, it only makes sense that we should also check when you attempt to logout this way.

I'm actually not a big fan of the logout confirmation, but the confirmation for the back button makes more sense.
