LHO leads 8. RHO will put Q if low is played from dummy.

Field and ops are advanced/intermediate.

I'd play the 10 at trick one, because I may have to pick up 87-Q9xx. After that's covered, I'd win, cash Q, and lead a spade to the king. Then I'd try to cash some clubs, throwing hearts, and hoping that of the third one gets ruffed it will be on the left, thus helping me to get trump control. I'm hoping to make something like three or four diamonds, two clubs (the third one being ruffed), a heart ruff in dummy, and two spades.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

Or maybe it's better to play spade to the king, club to hand, spade. If LHO wins and forces dummy, I can now throw my remaining hearts on clubs, probably just losing three trumps and a heart.
