Red vs White:

KJ9
x
AQTx
KQJxx

Bidding goes:

Pa-Pa-1-1
1-2-4-Pa
5-Pa-???

1 promises 5.

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

Partner's passed hand double fits maximum for passed.
I have DA + H-single.
I'm going 6S.
The only flaw is through D:AQ in 6S; to D:AQ in 6C.

Its easy to see 13 tricks when partner has 3 aces and Q so I would bid 5NT keycard palying with myself, but since I doubt you play it, just 5 now, and 6 later

EDIT: I missed initial pass so this is nonsense :/

Why would partner pass with 3 aces?

My passed partners never have 3 Aces, not even mentioning an extra Queen.

5NT for me: pick a slam.

Partner probably has a bunch of small hearts, and is expecting one more trump from us. I think I'd bid 5 to start. Partner needs to have the AQ and A, and probably a diamond stiff... But given his bidding this isn't too unreasonable. I'm going to pass 5 though.

This hand is nothing special at all given how much we've done already. 5 and pass 5 is enough.
