It's probably right to cash the SA first if entries permit. I guess that depends on the trump split. Lead H7 to the K, and a low trump back; if they split 2-2 you have 2 guaranteed entries, so you can cash the SA, lead toward the J, and untangle the suit later if East goes up with the K.
If trumps split 3-1 I guess we draw the third trump and lead a S->Q to cater for doubleton SK onside.

On a trump lead maybe. On a club lead ♠ to the Queen and Ace.

The ♣ lead sets up 3 winners for them, if we give them a spade we're down. Had they led something else we'd still have control on the clubs so playing the ace and then low to the Queen would give the contract with the ♠K singleton on any side, doubleton onside or spades 3-3 (hearts would need to be 2-2, though)
