Not sure what to make of the trump lead.
Prefer the K♥ to the Q♥, in case they duck.
If it matters, I'll win trick 1 with the J♠.

♥K is the way to go. I wanted to point out this play. What minor should be played from dummy if hearts were JTxxx or if there was some possibility of one opponent ruffing the second heart?

You mean after they won the first heart and returned a second trump? Or if they ducked the first heart?
