I would win the A and try to guess the diamonds.

Assuming I get them wrong, LHO has to switch to spades to cause any problems. I win the first spade, run the clubs (pitching 3 hearts and 2 diamonds) and play another diamond.

If they can now cash 3 spades I will go down - i.e. they need to have started with KQT9 or similar.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

Yep, may guess to finesse the heart in the end if spades look bad and heart finesse looks good. They usually are very honest in the discarding in these spots since they have to be.
