I guess, the 2H showes a weak 2-suiter?
Assuming 2H promises a hand, which goes at
most -3, or -2?
I will have 6 tricks for partner, maybe 7.
To get 7, you need to ruff 3 times, and you
cant use hearts to enter your hand, and they
may lead a trump.
Since partner showed a max., chances are high,
that he has a hand, he expects to go down -2 at
most (without help from you), so you should have
a reasonable play for 12 tricks.
The key is of course the precise definition of the
2H opening, you dont need precise agreements
about follow ups, you need to know the band with of
the 2H opening.

I don't get this. Range?!? What is a "max" when no range is stated?

I would bid RKC and try to let partner know we have all the keycards. That way partner can bid 7 if he has a decent 6-5 hand.

How do you know which suit is agreed? I agree with you if you have an agreement on how to do that.

I think we should play 6-key on this auction, but we definitely weren't playing that, so I blasted 6♥ too.

4NT would be KC for hearts in my world, since 4♣ would be forcing.
2NT shows a good hand, a maximum with opener is GF.
(You bid 3♣ p/c to stop in openers minor.)
