I thought it time that we had a serious bridge thread on this Forum!!

with no desire to burn out the BBO server and strangle the band-width :) i have seen similar threads in other forums and they have been quite funny & entertaining. SO will try to duplicate them here...

it does require audience participation and a slight imagination, so DONT disappoint me :D

The idea is as follows, WITH some rules one has to adhere to!!

1) From the first post onwards, EVERY POST must have EXACTLY 5 (FIVE) words, no more, no less and need not be complete sentences.

2) EVERY post must follow on from, and make sense with, the previous one.

3) Try to keep it bridge-related....

4) IF POSSIBLE, EVERY THIRD (yes every third lexica dear :) ) post contains a REFERENCE to an existing BBO FORUM nik or BBO player nik or popular bridge term ( you can see if your turn to make a reference to one by looking at the third previous!!). If not sure dont bother or do it anyway what the heck ;)

(the nik references can be a parody of a name or incuded over 2 words.... so for example slothy can be included as "...out of sloth yesterday. I...." Please highlight the reference in red so we can check :(

I will start the story in the next post....

ENJOY!

PS Be aware that whilst you are posting someone else could have posted :)))

Alas AS I SOON discovered you may have to edit your posts as other intermittent posts, made whilst you were posting yours, render your post totally meaningless :)

STRATEGY: Try and 'SET UP' the one who has to post the reference...
