I will try to shortly translate Giasone's post:

He compliants that Pricci has rebuked Ariakas because she has started a tourney and then delayed it (only 2 minutes).

While same thing has happened during other tourney (Omeroj was the director); Omeroj has delayed the tourney for a bigger time (I think 10-15 minutes), Pricci was online and didn't tell anything.

So he is asking why Pricci has this different behaviour with Ariakas and Omeroj.

Ariakas is a director friend of Tritri and Giasone.

I am simply translating this post and trying to better explain what Giasone wanted to write.
