I believe the logical usage would be twofold: to warn against a heart lead and to introduce a secondary suit for fit purposes while indicating a better lead for defensive purposes.

I could see something like: x, Q10xxxx, KQ10x, xx

This depends on who your partner is.

If this ever happened with my father as partner it would be lead directional for sure, he is the kind of player who overcalls 1 with AKJ (3 cards), but I have another friend who once bid
