Hi, I completed October 30 Zen Ten Reward tournament. The message said that tournament is still in progress and results will be available when the tournament is complete.

Now the results are in, but I cannot see my result.

I can click show boards. This only shows 9 boards.

On board 10 I played 3!d=, but this is not showing up. Is the board still being scored, and results updated?

It's completed now. You played it very close to ending time, when the scoring had already started, so not all your boards were processed.

We'll improve this by adding a warning when the player starts too close to the end time, and there is a risk their scores won't make it to the hand records. Meanwhile we added a refund for this game. Sorry about this.

Thanks, but it is really complicated for me.
I don't want a refund.
I don't want to (manually) ask for a refund.
I would prefer BBO to follow the rules that it has set up itself.
Could you update the rules for the Zen Ten reward?
