Losers: 2♤, 1♡ (assuming 3-1), 1◇.
The greatest danger is likely the 3rd round of ◇, so I would duck the lead. Assuming E wins the K and returns the suit, you win the Q, cross to dummy in ♧ and play the ♡6. If E, who is marked with both missing aces, covers, you will ruff the next ◇ with the ♡J. If he ducks to your J, you play another ♡, and when he then wins the ♡A and exits a ◇, you throw a ♤ from hand. Doesn't matter what W does, you will have your 10 tricks.

Duck the opening lead to the king. Win the diamond return. Cross with 10 of clubs to the A of clubs. Lead a low heart toward the J. If RHO wins the ace and lead another diamond (best), ruff with the J. Cash the club K. Cross in hearts if the heart at 2-2, you can ruff the third spade with Q of trumps. If the hearts are 3-1, you have to ruff a club and hope to bring down the Q while still having an entry in hearts to the now good J of clubs for a discard of the losing spade.
