BB$ cannot be used to pay for a BBO membership. It looks like you purchased BB$ twice using PayPal, rather than purchasing a membership. Since it is clear that you intended to purchase a membership, we can refund those two purchases for you.

To sign up for a membership, please visit the BBO Store and select the "Membership" tab.

If you sign up on the BBO website, you will need to use a credit or debit card. PayPal is not currently available for membership payments on the website. The advantage of signing up this way is that your first month of Premium is free.

If you prefer to use PayPal, you can install the BBO app on your smartphone or tablet and sign up for Premium through the app. Apple and Google Play support PayPal and other local payment methods. Please note that the free trial month is only available when signing up on the BBO website, so it does not apply when you join through the mobile app.

In the meantime, we have added an extra month of free Premium to your account, so you can continue enjoying your usual games while you decide which way you would like to sign up.
