It looks like the time of the free daily tournaments has moved back something like 10 hours?? Why is that and can it be restored? It is nice to start the day with them and they don’t come up until late afternoon since a couple of days

If you choose to not play today's free daily this evening or tonight, you might find yourself feeling "nice to start the day (tomorrow)" with a full set available to play.

Late afternoon for some is morning for others... They were moved to times a bit friendlier to the North American time zone indeed. We'll experiment with a few variations until we find a time slot that works for everyone.

Diana, I wonder if there is a newly imposed limit on participant numbers.

I tried this early morning (local time) to play the Weekend Survivor Day 1 of 2.

System prohibits me saying max capacity for tournament has been reached. Total # of entrants so far shows exactly 10,000 so presumably this is not a system glitch but is a mandated limit.

Yes, this is the max number of registrations, and it looks like it had been reached by the time you tried to join. We'll add a way for premium members to be able to join even if the tournament is full, bypassing the max registrations limit. Meanwhile we have moved the start time to USA morning, to give more chances to this time zone to play before the tourneys get filled up.

Except that if they put a limit on the number of participants, you’ll find yourself locked out of a tournament, like I just found out trying to do the free weekend survivor day 1…..

Agree with dmch6365.
Also, not happy with the new limits of users...
