First time ever, I am seeing the Free Daylong Tournament showing full for the last few hours. I play it at the same time everyday & in all my time in BBO, I have never seen it full.

Is this is a new restriction or a bug?

I don't think BBO has any support team anymore. Nobody even looks at any issues reported on this forum.

Or at least asks some dev to check the support forum occasionally - of course, this is assuming they still have devs

What makes you think their devs aren't aware of it? This is clearly intentional, and lines up with their general goal of removing as many free players as possible.

Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence
