As South, a bit of a toss up between X and Pass, which may get passed out or elicit a 2N bid

My view is that the South hand has too many negatives for anything other than pass.
Three small clubs, no fourth heart and no spade honour all seem to indicate pass. The dangers of double are worst when there is competition, although at least my lack of club values if partner competes is helpful.
The downside of pass with some values is when partner reopens with a double or doubles a club raise, as it will be difficult to express my values. But with no confirmed fit this is not an issue yet.
The club holding and poor quality of the diamond holding, plus the lack of values, makes 2♦ less attractive to me.
If I was vulnerable then I'd be a little more worried about the pass, but not enough to change my mind.

I felt opposite 1♠ with clubs on my right this was a full value 9 count
♠109 is a good holding, critical opposite KQJ or QJ
♥9 could be useful opposite J10x/K10x even J8x if they lead them
♦10 in my long suit
♣J9x is likely to be at least one trick in NT if partner has an honour, or at least stop the opener leading the suit
I don't think pass is clear, if ♠109 was Jx this would be an easy 2♦ Acol style, I would be happy with pass, double (in a style where it shows both reds) or 2♦
