Ruff with the heart J. Then play on hearts. This gives you an extra chance if the hearts are 4-0 onside and the club king is onside. If the hearts are 2-2, lead toward the j9x of clubs, same if the hearts are 3-1 but do it before the third heart is played.

Sure, but I nearly posted too fast, and this may indicate hasty play, which may translate to
ruffing with the H8, which may be needed as an entry.

The main problem is to spot the lack of entry to dummy, and that the diamond lead attacked
the communication between both hands.

I struggled to find a way to deal with the 3-1 break, ..., I found it eventually, but it took
me longer than I would have spend time at the table, which may mean, that it is likely I would
have blown it.
