The Variable Strong 1NT And The 2 Size Ask, by Andrew Garnett, is available from Amazon. I recommend it, even for beginners (you don't have to play everything in the book from the start).

Table of Contents
  • The Variable 1NT
  • Jacoby And Texas Transfers
  • The Many Forms Of Stayman
  • The Two Spades Size Ask
  • The 2NT Transfer To Diamonds
  • Three Diamonds As Five-Five In The Majors
  • Slam Going Bids
  • Interference After A Response to 1NT
  • Lebensohl
  • More On Minors
  • More On Slam Bidding
  • Basic Transfer Lebensohl

Please don’t try to learn or improve your bidding playing with GIB, unless you only want to play with GIB

This question from OP is the perfect example of how the bots can be useful to help you learn bidding. Pay attention to 1Nt-4NT and you'll find out what a quantitative 4NT is...

I agree with this, so long as one has a functioning BS detector.
A lot of the bot agreements are flawed and/or poorly described and even more of it's follow-ups are flawed.
But it does play a good deal of things better than a random human partner and with attention you should pick up the logic used to program it when things consistently work out right.
In particular if you are used to playing almost all doubles as takeout you would do well to pause and think about the auction whenever the bot doubles.
