"API" for playing a hand against robots

I know about the BBO handviewer here

but is there any way to send a hand to BBO (e.g. from javascript on a web page) for someone to play against actual robots where they only see their own hand, or is there any "online robot tool" that can do this. i.e. a BBO handviewer that had real robots. Failing that, are there any apps for Windows, Mac Android etc that can be passed a hand for the user to play on their local device?
