No lights, no response, defunct.
I have changed batteries, changed the cable, restarted BM PC. The next step is to send the unit away for diagnostics.
Does anyone happen to have had the same experience and a solution?

Switch to Bridgepal and use inexpensive Android phones in place of Bridgemates. I switched three years ago and have faced no problems whatsoever.

I am very interested in this. We have a big game, it's going to be a lot of work and co-ordination to swap to a new scoring system.
Have you experience using tablets, ipads or iphones for scoring devices?
Can we run it on a MAC?
I can look at the Bridgepal website for these answers too
