Both 6NT and 7 were impossible.

If 4NT was natural I would have passed, but unfortunately it wasn't. The robot's Blackwood bid forced as the trump suit.

It was a robot tournament and there was only 1 table who stopped at 3NT by the human bidding it at the third round, winning 13.8 IMPs as everyone else was in failing slams.

Comment 1: The robots really suck.

MikeH is a Canadian Internationalist.
He's very very good.

Listen to what he says about the robots (and why you shouldn't play with the robots if you want to improve)

Comment 2: Don't bother posting hands where the robots do something stupid.

We all know that the robots suck
We don't need yet another tale of woe

Comment 3: Even for the robots, 3 is an exceptionally awful bid.
Using up that much bidding space while suppressing a 6 card spade suit is incredibly awful

And of course bidding Blackwood with a stiff club...

Comment 4: 6 is actually a quite reasonable contract.
not that you can ever find it after that 3!D bid

Comment 5: Many people are reticent about opening 2!C with a two suited hand because of the loss of bidding space.

I don't think that this applies here. You have an absolutely rock crusher.
But its worth having in the back of your head
