TCR BAD TCR JUST BECAUSE BBO IS HAVING PROBLEMS

It is alarming to see the "TCR" of each of us fall because of BBO. When you play Churros you can see tables full of robots and several times during a tournament you get kicked out and come back in two seconds later. But sometimes NO. Consequently, the "TCR" drops due to the malfunction of the software. I totally agree with the limit of 30 seconds instead of 45, but fix the programs.

We're not aware of any malfunction of the software that causes spurious disconnects. When there's a problem at our end, we notice it because hundreds or thousands of users get disconnected at the same time.

If you're getting disconnected frequently, it's a problem at your end or with your ISP.
