Double button not working?

I’ve been playing solitaire 4 games and really enjoying the practice. However, there have been numerous games where I’ve wanted to bid a double. The explanation of what the bid means appears, but it does not let me place the bid. It seems like the double button/functionality is not working.
Is this just me, or is anyone else having similar issues?

Known problem on the iPad.

Having the same problem on Google Chrome on desktop PC, no Double button.

Are you sure Double is a legal bid? You can't double if the last bid was by your partner.
