• 2d is default rebid and has range of 12-22. I think standard is that 2/1 free bid in comp does not promise rebid. Therefore opener has to bid his values and can't make cheap waiting bids. Strong hands need to jump naturally or cuebid to create a force IMO.
• Therefore 2d should maybe 14-HCP, 16- total points, no H stopper?
• Jump to 3nt should have upper limit of maybe 17.
• 4nt shouldn't exist if 2d was limited.
