Why would GUBBO not finesse d? GUBBO declarer play

Other GUBBO did show some "points". Maybe punishment for not passing 4Sx. Tends to do that. I pulled the double cos I dont trust GUBBO's doubles.

An ex-Junior champ now world champ told me on BBO 10 years ago GUBBO card play on intermediate hands is terrible. maybe the case here.....
