GIB 1st round bid responses

Need Improvement in first round bid and responses.

What is it showing 5!C response to 4NT?

GIB plays 4NT on the first round as RKCB, 5C shows 0 or 3 key cards in diamonds, and it doesn't understand you sometimes want to play in a different suit.

Start with 2 spades then 4nt to fix spades as rkcb

Bingo - for all the complaints BBO gets about GIB playing strong jump shifts, it makes hands like this one quite easy.
