I am seeing MP percentages that don’t make sense.

1NTS making 3 gets 82%. 3NTS making 3 gets 50%.

I have multiple screenshots showing these kinds of differences. Please help me understand!

Your MPs show how well you did compared to the rest of the field, i.e. the other pairs that played the same board in the same direction, i.e. NS if you were NS.

If all the other (say) NS pairs when playing this board did worse that you you get 100%. If everybody did the same you get 50%. If half did worse and half did better you get 50%. If everybody did better you get 0%.
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

Perhaps you were actually looking at the scores for E/W?

I looked at the hands you played in the past few days, and couldn't find anything like this. Please email me the screenshots: barmar@bridgebase.com.

He seems to play only robot games, where the human is always South and the scores are reported for the human player.

I found a hand where 1NTS+2 was worth 82%, but there were no 3NS= results on the traveller.

Maybe he was comparing scores from different hands? 3NS= 50% was on Thursday, 1NS+2 82% was Wednesday.

How would these show up on the same traveller?

OP can you show one of the screenshots?

They wouldn't, I think the OP may be confused about how MP scoring works.
