BBO IOS NEW PROBLEM USING IPHONE AND IPAD

UNTIL RECENTLY I WAS ABLE TO USE BBO ON ALL OF MY DEVICES.

NOW, WHEN I ATTEMPT TO LOGON ON EITHER THE IPAD OR IPHONE , I GET A MESSAGE : CONNECTION FAILED.

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP THAT I CAN GET.
