At present when working as a vugraph operator undertaking "B" coverage (i.e. looking after both rooms from one computer) if you are situated in the open room, you typically enter the Closed Room results by going to "movie" at which time the scoresheet for the open room is displayed; you then need to click the large yellow-on-black "Closed Room" button to go to the closed room to enter the closed room results.
The problem is, it is not obvious that the big yellow-on-black button is the way to switch rooms as it looks like a heading. Quite frequently, operators (and I've done this myself) think they are looking at the closed room scoresheet when in actual fact they are looking at the open room scoresheet. In such circumstances, results can be entered to the wrong room and can't be deleted (another bug?) giving rise to erroneous comparisons on the affected boards.
My suggestion is that the yellow-on-black button that says either "Open Room" or "Closed Room" be changed to say "Other Room" with some other obvious indicator on the scoresheet as to which room's scoresheet you are looking at.
