Yes, I'm not a Christian, but seems the sort of man the Catholic church needs.

Was listening to the declaration in Latin and for a split second thought they's elected Napoleon XIV as pope :)

I have no informed opinion about the new Pope, but a bunch of people that I actively despise seem upset, so....

Of course I know little about him, but I am guessing that he will not put up an AI image of himself as the USA president. But having more sense than you-know-who is a very low bar to clear.

I will simply congratulate him, the new Pope, not you-know-who, and wish him well. Congrats.

Far from the mysterious aura I thought Popes used to have - other worldly - according to recent media he is one of us

I liked the line that he has a degree in maths, so not only does he know sin, but cos and tan too.
