Sound volume Now it's always 100%

I suggest a volume control to be introduced in sound customization.

I like to play mp3s while playing, but as it is now the BBO software is very loud, even if I set the mp3-player to max volume. I dont want to turn BBO sound completley off either, I like to hear the cards beeing played.

To the best of my knowledge this mod should be very easy to do.
