offered nothing but losing options why can't robot use LTT in its calculations

The bid of 3S over 3H is simply inane. It if offering me the option of playing at
the 3 level in my 7 card fit (at the very best). Or the 4 level in my 9 card fit (at the very best).

Neither of these positions is supported by LTT.
