I play feature so that would make this hand pretty easy lol.

Without that I guess I'd just start with 3D and see what happens (maybe we get a 3H bid from Kxx on a good day or something, or a 4H splinter, barring that I will bid 4D next and hope to get a 4H cuebid or w/e).

I see no reason to not try and find a heart fit. Where GSF or even a 5s (in a well oiled partnership can be exclusion) should allow for discovering the heart K. There is also the fact that if p cannot support hearts this increases the chances of a dia being the best contract. If p cannot support hearts a jump to 6d should be essentially to play and if p cannot find 7d looking at the heart K (stiff?) have a serious chat.
