A report on Variable explanations of Gib bidding

I remembered clearly that the explanations of 3♠ are "Good ♦ support -....."(Sorry,I forgot that following explanations)
However I checked it again after finished this hand,I found Gib have changed the meanings of 3♠.
Now I had no evidence,but please believe what I said,check its bidding sequences again.
