Do the robots play (and respond to) an Unassuming Cue Bid?

I am sure this has been asked before but I cannot find it so apologies if it is a repeat question.

I had to look this one up. In GIB's system a cue bid advance to an overcall shows a limit raise or better. This sounds pretty much like what I read about the unassuming cue bid, so I would say yes GIB does play it.

GIB doesn't play this.

cuebidding opening shows:

2cue - 10+TP 3+fit
3cue - 7-9TP 4+fit ( mixed raise )
3Major - 5-7TP 4+fit ( supposedly unbalanced and not 4333 shape )
4cue -> splinter, 15-17TP

So stronger raise is 2, which i think is opposite to UCB where higher cue-> more points. 4level cue is splinter, so it's not just points but also shape.
