IMP, best hand South

Glossing over my lapse of concentration at trick 3 in the play, my points are:
1) Why would North not bid Hearts in preference to Diamonds?
2) Why should 3D be forcing to 3N?
3) Why should North regard his hand as being strong enough to force to 3N, even if 3D is forcing thereto?
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

I also found that GIB is sometimes difficult to handle the satisfactory in this seat,it seems GIB think you are able to make overcall only when you should hold 12hcp.But this is only a guess of mine.

This is almost certainly related to the strength expectation that GIB has for your double:

Hmm I see. It is true that my hand is fractionally short of systemic requirements. Which raises the question, are the system requirements for X too harsh?
With the benefit of hindsight I still think it is right to X on my hand, and I still think it is right for North to settle for a partial in Hearts opposite such a double. I would not criticise him for bidding either 2H or 3H. Single dummy, with a favourable wind 4H might make on this hand, but I don't think that I want to be in it.

I think it is too harsh, and would agree with your second-round double. I agree with the second statement, although I'd lean to bidding 3♥ as North.
