strong preemptive opening even in basic GIB

I think it is not allowed to open so strong preemptive 3 whatever it is in any GIB.

Why is this so bad? Isn't this a pretty classical pre-empt, second seat vulnerable?

If playing IMPs, you should raise 3M to 4M on any excuse really just in case it makes.

Even second seat red, I wouldn't count partner for seven tricks...
I'd pass a 3H opening and curse the card gods when 4H turns out to be a 50% contract.

I think the basic bidding principle should be right,orelse make no sense whatever it is human or GIB.

According to Harmman's law,usually 3nt is a excellent option,even only way in some cases.so if suit holding is such a strong one,no doubt it will provide more choices of game .
