Let's assume that you play 2D as the almost automatic response. If so, you can do what I do, use a jump shift by opener as "optional keycard blackwood" to set trumps and ask for key cards. I call it optional, because the first step denies the desire to participate (almost never happens), then real steps start with the second step. Anyway, after keycard ask (which you are not interested it, and it doesn't matter what answer your partner gives you) you can ask about values in particular suits just like (note first step over his first first step ask for keycards, he will never have more than one for his no interest, so if partner had bid 3NT -- denying desire to show keycards, 4C would force a key card response, while 5C would ask).

2♣-2♦/♥-3♠ solid suit, partner should cue K♣ if he has it.

This is a tough one, particularly as any science is likely to attract the spade lead. I'd probably just blast 6♥ particularly if vul or partner was in 2nd seat suggesting a preempt should be sound. Partner doesn't need the ace or a singleton, Kx, KQxxxxx, x, xxx is fine.

Q1 set spades as trumps key card 4N then 5N asking partner to bid lowest ranking King, if none 6S.
Q2 Don't know. however slam looks less than likely if you don't have the gadget.

3S sets the trump suit and asks for cue bids.

4S = No aces or Kings
3NT = at least one King.

Andersen and Zenkel (Preempts From A to Z) advocated playing 4♣, 4♦ and 4♠ in this position as control asking bids. If the opening bid is 3♠ you don't have a control asking bid in hearts; 4♥ is to play.
