Your bid after reopening double

Don't think anything convinces me to bid more than 2♥ here. If you really wanted to get agressive with this hand, I would have bid 3♥ on my previous turn.

The very fact of it being posted should be enough to convince you. It seems highly likely that the player holding this hand bid 2♥ and 10 tricks were available.

I'm not a result merchant. 2♥ is what the hand is worth. It's a 4 count with a bad suit, and the stiff in partners suit is quite possibly bad.

I was trying to decide between the good and bad versions of 3♥ given that I'm already limited by failure to bid 2♥ first time and this is a Lebensohl position for me as it is for OP.
What's a typical hand for partner ?
AJxxx, Axxx, x, KJx (in fact I suspect partner may be a little better than this given no diamond raise)
What's an unsuitable hand ?
KQJxx, Kxx, x, QJxx
I think there are plenty of hands that will pass 2♥ that will make game, are there more that will go off in 3♥ if I bid it, and will any hand that accepts the invite make 4 ?
I think the balance suggests bidding 3♥ the bad way, but I wouldn't be surprised if partner passed and made 4 particularly given the likely diamond lead, really depends on whether he survives the club switch.

I think it's easily worth 3♥. If partner has like 17 with like 5314 I probably want to be in game and he has no reason at all to bid over 2♥. He needs even less if he has four hearts.

Closer to 4♥ than 2♥.

I think the answer depends to a large extent on what an immediate bid over the 2♦ would have shown. Presumably a forcing bid, else that would have happened. Therefore your choice is 2♥ now, or 2NT then 3♥, or 3 hearts directly, to distinguish between poor, mid, or good non-forcing. Or is the last one ruled out? A 5 card suit and a 10 count would initially force, I guess, and a zero count now is forced to bid something. We are therefore mid-value, on the low side. The ♦K is well placed, and I have 6 hearts, so that pushes it back up. I expect partner to have some hearts, so it looks like a "mid" version, whatever that is. If you play 2♥ weak, 3♥ strong, it seems to be 2NT.
It also depends on how opener uses the reopening double. If he can be not strong enough to be able to cope with a 3♥ maximum bid, then that option of the 3 is ruled out, and we are back to a mid point in a two way split. I would go high option, reluctantly. But surely, all 3 options are on the table, because otherwise there is no point in having Lebensohl available.
I would have doubled initially as a transfer.

Lots of ways to bid hearts. I wonder what the differences are...
immediate: dbl = 4crd ♥ (7+); 2♥ = 5+crd forcing (10+); 3♥ = 6crd NF (7-9)
first pass then after reopening dbl: 2♥ = 4crd ♥ (0-7); 3♥ = 6crd (4-6) OR via 2nt then 3♥ = 6crd (0-4)
If these are the agreements, the hand is borderline between 3♥ now or 3♥ via 2nt...
